THE PROJECT
MMG EARTH, a Black and non-binary-led change management firm, is redefining innovation and inclusivity within the predominantly white change management industry. MMG EARTH leverages data-driven, mixed-methods research and unique, people-centered approaches to foster sustainable growth and empower individuals to excel in the workplace.
THE PROCESS
We developed a cohesive brand strategy and visual identity that reflected MMG EARTH’s mission to redefine change management. Through focused creative direction, we crafted messaging and visuals that aligned with the brand's values, ensuring authenticity and resonance with its target audience. The content creation process involved producing compelling visuals and narratives that showcased MMG EARTH's pioneering methods and commitment to sustainable growth.
THE PRODUCT
J.A.C.I successfully developed a full social media management & roll-out of the marketing strategy. Our goal is to bring awareness to diversity, equity, and inclusion but in a clear, creative and relatable way. We use simple but powerful messaging to help boost reach and being MMGE into a new era of social change and influence branded content that targeted the direct consumer.
